Cookie & Storage Policy

In short: Askofy uses only what it needs to work. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics that profile you, and no cross-site tracking. That is why we do not show a cookie banner.

What we use

Strictly necessary cookies

• Login cookies (names starting with sb-): keep organisation admins signed in. They are set only when you log in, and removed when you sign out.
• Security cookies from Cloudflare (for example __cf_bm): help tell people from bots and block attacks. They hold no personal profile.

Browser storage on your device

• Campaign progress: remembers where you are in a campaign, your answers so far and your result, so you can continue after closing the page. It stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie.
• Visit flag: a session-only note, so we count one open per visit, not one per page refresh.
• Preferences: such as whether you muted the voice guide.

Under the EU and UK ePrivacy rules and similar laws, cookies and storage that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for do not need consent.

Fonts and third parties

• Fonts are served from our own site. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.
• YouTube or Vimeo videos load only after you press play. Those services may then set their own cookies.

What we do not use

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No social-media tracking pixels.
• No third-party analytics that profile you.

Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking login or security. You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings. Doing so resets your campaign progress on that device. If we ever add optional cookies or analytics, we will ask first, where the law requires it.
