Askofy hosts campaign content created by us, our campaign partners and our customer organisations. We respect intellectual property and act on valid notices under:

• India's Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Information Technology Act, 2000
• equivalent laws elsewhere, such as the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Digital Services Act

To report infringement

Email digi@askofy.com with:

• your name and contact details, and whether you are the owner or authorised to act for them
• the work or mark concerned, and proof of your rights
• the exact link or campaign where it appears
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate. For DMCA notices, include that statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review valid notices promptly. Where appropriate, we remove or disable access to the content, and inform the organisation or partner that published it. They may send a counter-notice with reasons. We may restore the content if the claim is withdrawn or not pursued, or as a court directs.

Repeat infringers may lose access to Askofy.
